On September 5th, I contacted Winnie through Flickr Mail on her *kawaii_stickers* account about trading a memo pad. She agreed to trade one of her memos for a memo I had, so we exchanged addresses on September 7th. I also asked her to let me know when she received my package. I mailed my half of the trade on September 9th, and according to the tracking number provided by USPS it arrived to her residence on September 11th.

During this time, I contacted her about some memo pads she was selling on another Flickr account, "usahanawinnie". She replied to me on September 12th and gave me a total for the memo pads I was interested in. I gave her my Paypal address as requested but I did not receive an invoice from her. She did not mention receiving my package, which I thought was a little strange, but I chalked it up to her being busy. That was the last time I have heard from her.

I have not received Winnie's memo pad from the first trade we both agreed to, despite her receiving my package. She has ignored all of my emails and attempts to contact her. I thought I would have no problem trading with her as I've purchased from the etsy store she allegedly shares with her cousin, Desdemona's Treasures (uses Winnie's PayPal account), without any incident. She seemed to have good feedback history from many other people so I am extremely disappointed with the way this has turned out.

Winnie has logged in on Youtube during this time and has made a comment on a video. She has also been seen logged onto her aim account by several people, only to immediately log off or ignore people when asked about this situation. Something else I noticed was Desdemona's Treasures lack of communication with a recent customer. If DT was truly run by Winnie's cousin (as she claims), why wouldn't the cousin have replied to the customer's inquiries instead of staying silent and accepting negative feedback? Hypothetically speaking, if my business was tied up because I had to use a relative's PayPal address and the relative in question has disappeared, I would still keep in contact with my customers and apologize for the issue. More importantly, I would close my store until the issue was sorted out. The whole situation leads me to believe DT is actually run or controlled by Winnie. DT logged into etsy on the 17th to leave feedback for people. I sent an email to Winnie on the 16th, worried about her lack of communication. Despite logging onto etsy on the 17th, she did not bother answering her email. So based on what I have seen, it is hard not to believe she is ignoring me and others on purpose.

Four other people have paid Winnie for items only to never receive them (that I know about). Three are members on Flickr and one is from etsy. Hopefully they will be able to get their money back from PayPal. Several others were in the middle of negotiating trades with Winnie, but fortunately they did not lose anything. Another person bought from Winnie during August, and didn't hear from Winnie for about two weeks after she paid. Winnie eventually apologized and said she would send extras to make up for the late package, but when the girl received the package a month late, there were no extras.

I am now out a very rare memo pad that is worth a considerable amount to me, as well as money spent on packing materials and shipping. There has been no communication for over a month, and considering we both live in the US, a month is more than enough time. As a result I have filed fraud through several venues. I have also contacted the police department and am currently working to resolve the situation with another group.

I would advise everyone to avoid Winnie at all costs despite her good past feedback. This has been a frustrating experience and a waste of time.
